Absolutely not. We never ask for deposits, private keys, or wallet connections. All your funds remain securely on the exchange (Bybit or MEXC). The only requirement is that your exchange account is registered via our Partner Link so we can track your volume eligibility.

Winners are selected daily at 00:00 UTC by our automated script. The selection uses a Volume-Weighted Probability model. This means that while higher trading volume increases your statistical chance of winning, every active trader (min. $100 volume) has a chance to win a share of the pool.

Rewards are sent via Internal Transfer (UID to UID) directly on the exchange platform. This method is instant and fee-free. The USDT will appear directly in your Spot or Funding wallet. You will receive a notification from the exchange app when the transfer arrives.

Payouts for the previous day are typically processed between 00:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC. You can check the "History" tab to see the status of daily batches. If a batch is marked as "Completed", all transfers for that day have been finalized.

Eligibility requires your account to be linked to our Partner Node. Usually, this means creating a new account using our referral link. However, some exchanges (like Bybit) allow you to move an existing account under a partner if no referral code was used previously. Check with exchange support or create a fresh sub-account/account to be sure.

Yes. While we (Rewards Arena) do not collect your personal data, the exchanges (Bybit/MEXC) require standard KYC verification to use their platforms and for us to validly track your volume as a "real user" to prevent bot abuse.
